Carrying the Green Universe with You
I did a new artwork for BYD's participation in the U Design Week event, inspired by the theme of technology and green transportation. The artwork draws its creative inspiration from the poetry collection "Carrying the Universe with Me" by Pessoa, specifically the line "I brought a new universe to the universe because I brought the universe itself."
The overall composition of the artwork takes the form of a radial pattern, symbolizing an ideal world. This concept highlights BYD's exploration in technological innovation while emphasizing the brand's ability to provide customers with a sense of security and inclusiveness. Surrounding the central composition, there are plants, flowers, stars, and figures using technological devices. Each element represents BYD's core values of "green environmentalism," "technological innovation," and "youthful vitality." By merging technology with romance, the artwork also suggests that green transportation will lead people towards a more expansive and promising future.
